FPH’s Donal O’Dwyer to retire, Graham McLean appointed

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare has announced that Director Donal O'Dwyer will retire from the Board at the end of 2023 and Graham McLean will join the Board as a non-executive director from October 2023.

McLean is currently a director and CEO of CleanSpaceHoldings and chair of Universal Biosensors, two ASX-listed healthcare companies.

He has also held executive positions at Stryker Corporation and finance, audit and commercial positions at Lion Nathan, McVitie's Ltd and Unilever.
