Genesis Energy has reported strong customer satisfaction and loyalty in the quarter with a net customer churn of 12.2% and a total customer base of 471,000.

The new Genesis brand campaign and the success of Frank Energy are expected to continue this momentum.

Renewable generation increased by 32% and generation emissions decreased by 49%.

Gas production was up 12%, LPG production was up 7.2%, but oil production decreased by 5.4%.

Netback of $16.9/GJ and stored thermal energy of 19.3 PJ were also reported.
