General Capital (GEN:NZ) Completes Capital Raise

General Capital, a NZX Listed Financial Services company, has completed a capital raise, increasing their Equity by over 50%.

The placement has been welcomed by the Board Chairman, Rewi Bugo, and the Managing Director, Brent King, who both praised the contributions of new shareholder API No.1 Limited Partnership and non-executive Directors Megan Glen and Anton Douglas.

King expressed his excitement to work with the new Directors and stated that the additional capital will give the company more options and allow them to take advantage of new opportunities.
