General Capital (GEN:NZ) - Resignation of Director

General Capital (GEN) has announced the resignation of Director Graeme Brown due to time pressures and the difficulties of international travel.

Chairman Rewi Bugo thanked Brown for his four years' service to the Group, particularly during the last two covid-interrupted years.

Managing Director Brent King expressed his appreciation of Brown's contribution to the Group.
