General Capital's subsidiary, General Finance, has announced an agreement to purchase 100% of the shares in Bridges Financial Services, an insurance premium funding business based in the Waikato.
The acquisition is expected to strengthen General Finance's presence in the Waikato and the entire North Island.
Bridges Financial Services has a premium funding referral agreement with Bridges Insurance Services, which was recently acquired by Howden, a global insurance group.
The purchase is anticipated to be completed by Nov 1, 2024.
