Genesis Energy Limited successfully closed the offer of its 6-year fixed-rate unsecured, unsubordinated green bonds (Green Bonds), allocating NZ$125,000,000 to participants in the bookbuild process, including NZ$50,000,000 of oversubscriptions.
The margin has been set at 1.05% per annum and the interest rate will be announced soon.
