Genesis Energy Limited has successfully closed its green capital bond offer, allocating NZ$240,000,000 of unsecured, subordinated green capital bonds to participants in the bookbuild process.
The margin for the Capital Bonds has been set at 1.95% per annum, with the Interest Rate for the Capital Bonds to the First Reset Date (10 July 2028) to be announced later today.
