Geneva Finance has announced its intention to delist from the NZX Main Board and list on the Unlisted Securities Exchange.
The proposed delisting is subject to shareholder approval.
A special meeting of shareholders has been scheduled for July 5, 2024, to consider the relevant resolutions.
The New Zealand-owned company provides finance, insurance and financial services to the consumer credit and small to medium business markets.
The company was founded in 2002 and has been listed on the NZX since 2008.
