David O'Connell, the Managing Director of Geneva Finance Limited, is retiring from the company on 11th August 2023 to pursue personal business interests and spend more time with his family.
Malcolm Johnston, who has been on the board since February 2020, will take over as Managing Director for an interim period.
O'Connell has been at the helm of Geneva since 2008 and has expressed confidence in Johnston's leadership.
He also thanked the staff at Geneva for their contributions to the company.
