GFI Board Changes. Resignation of Director and Rotation of

Greenfern Industries Limited (NZX:GFI) has announced that Mr Darryl Davies will resign as a director with immediate effect on 14 June 2023.

The Board thanked Mr Davies for his service to the Company and looks forward to continuing its relationship with him via his position at GFI’s strategic partner Cannvalate Pty Ltd.

Mr Philip Brown will also stand down as Chair of the Company from 30 June 2023, with the Directors of Greenfern to discuss appointing one of the remaining directors as Chair of the Company at the next Board Meeting.

Mr Brown will remain a Director of the company.
