Good Spirits Hospitality declares special interim dividend

Good Spirits Hospitality has declared a special interim dividend of 0.972036 cents per share for the financial year ending June 30 2024.

The dividend, amounting to $561,200, will be distributed to shareholders in proportion to their respective shareholdings.

Good Spirits Hospitality's board has approved the payment of the dividend and is confident that the company will meet the solvency test after the payment.

It is important to note that the company has ceased business operations, fulfilled its obligations to creditors, and will distribute its surplus assets in accordance with the constitution and the Companies Act 1993.

The ex-date for the dividend is on June 18 2024, while the record date is on June 19 2024.

The dividend will be paid on June 24 2024.

Good Spirits Hospitality intends to delist from the NZX Main Board after the dividend payment, subject to NZX conditions.

The company anticipates being liquidated or removed from the New Zealand Companies Register by March 31 2025.
