Green Cross Health Limited - Annual Shareholders' Meeting

Green Cross Health Limited will hold its 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Monday, 31st of July 2023 at 2.30 pm at the Ellerslie Event Centre, 80 Ascot Avenue Greenlane Auckland.

At the meeting, shareholders will vote on the re-election of Andrew Bagnall and Carolyn Steele as Directors of the Company, as well as to authorise the Directors to fix the remuneration of the Auditor for the ensuing year.

Shareholders may appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf, and Afternoon tea will be served at the conclusion of the meeting.
