Green Cross Health (NZX: GXH) has appointed Craig Brockliss to its Board, effective 6 April 2022.
Brockliss is CEO of Wilton Asset Management Limited, Green Cross Health's third largest shareholder.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Auckland and has 20+ years of experience in business, property and private equity investing.
Brockliss will stand for election at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting on 25 July 2022.
