Green Cross Health, the primary healthcare provider behind Unichem, Life Pharmacy, and The Doctors, has reported its full-year results for the 12 months ended March 31, 2025.
The company achieved operating revenue of $523.8 million and a net profit after tax attributable to shareholders of $16m.
In the pharmacy division, revenue reached $370.4m, with operating profit of $21.5m.
The medical division reported revenue of $153.4m and operating profit of $19.5m.
Green Cross Health's group chief executive, Rachael Newfield, highlighted the launch of the Care & Advice Health Hub in Unichem and Life pharmacies, which aimed to provide increased access to healthcare.
The company continues to lobby for direct funding from Health New Zealand to support frontline general practice.
The board declared a final dividend of 2.75 cents per share.
