Greenfern Industries has announced the appointment of receivers and managers, effective from February 24, 2025.
Damien Grant and Adam Botterill of Waterstone Insolvency have been appointed as receivers.
The appointment was made under the powers granted by a general security agreement between Greenfern Industries and Emdex.
