Good Spirits Hospitality Limited has announced that Chair Duncan Makeig has signalled his intention to resign from the Board following the upcoming June Board meeting.
The Board have agreed that Matt Adams will succeed Mr Makeig as Chair.
Mr Makeig has held the position of Chair for three years and the Board and Management have had to navigate many challenges, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The company is now seeing the underlying business recover strongly.
