GSH Sale of its business to Brew on Quay Ltd

Good Spirits Hospitality Limited has entered into a conditional agreement to sell the business and assets of all nine operating venues to Brew on Quay Limited for $20,701,400 plus GST.

The sale proceeds will be insufficient to repay the company's financier, Pacific Dawn Limited, in full, and Good Spirits Hospitality is requesting permission from Pacific Dawn Limited to make a distribution to shareholders.

If approved, details will be set out in a notice of special meeting expected to be sent to shareholders in September 2023.
