Enprise Group achieved 20.7% revenue growth across its operating divisions and investee entities during the six-month period.

The results were positively impacted by the withdrawal of $756,000 of COVID-19 Australian government assistance, but also challenged by the need to significantly increase salaries before price increases.

The operating losses will see Enprise breach its BNZ banking covenants, however a formal waiver of the breach is being sought.

The company's Kilimanjaro Consulting division has over 1,200 unique sites across Australia and New Zealand and was recently awarded the MYOB “Australian Excellence in Business Development” award.

iSell grew its licensing revenues by 28.3% during the period and has 315 customers, while Datagate has 164 paying customers representing annualised recurring revenue of NZ$2.07 million.

Enprise also owns 6.23% of Vadacom, which continues to operate profitably.
