Geneva Finance has announced the appointment of Harley Aish as an independent director.
Aish is an experienced director and primary care leader, with a medical background and extensive governance experience.
He will retire and stand for election at the next Geneva Finance Annual Shareholder Meeting, in accordance with NZX Listing Rules.
His appointment is effective from 1st December 2023.
Geneva Finance is a New Zealand-owned company that provides finance, insurance, and financial services to the consumer credit and small to medium business markets.
It has been operating since 2002 and is listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange.
