Infratil has announced its intention to buy back ordinary shares in accordance with specific rules outlined in the Notice of Meeting for the 2023 Annual Meeting.
The buybacks will occur between August 18, 2023, and July 19, 2024, and can be conducted on-market or off-market.
The total number of shares purchased, both on-market and off-market, will not exceed 20,000,000 ordinary shares.
On-market buybacks will only occur on the NZX Main Board and not the ASX.
