INTENTION TO APPOINT NEW NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS TO BOARD

SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited announces its intention to appoint Kate Hughes and Glenn Davis as non-executive directors to its board.

The appointments remain subject to approval by regulatory authorities in each of the gaming jurisdictions in which SkyCity operates and are expected to bring considerable expertise to the SkyCity Board across a range of sectors and industries.

If successful, Kate Hughes will also be appointed as Chair of a new Risk and Compliance Committee and Glenn Davis as non-executive director and Chair of SkyCity’s Australian subsidiary, SkyCity Adelaide Pty Limited.
