Arvida Group Limited has released its September 2022 Investor News newsletter, which includes updates on sales activity, resale activity, challenges experienced at care centres, dividend outlook and FY23 construction programme.
A total of 210 sales of occupation rights settled during the five month period to the end of August 2022, with 124 of these being resale activities.
The newsletter also outlines the 270 new units planned for delivery this financial year, which is expected to exceed the stated delivery target.
