Investore has declared a cash dividend of 1.625 cents per share for the first quarter of the 2024-2025 financial year.
The dividend, which will have imputation credits of 0.491519 cents per share, will be paid on September 5 2024 to shareholders on the register as of August 28 2024.
A supplementary dividend of 0.223042 cents per share will also be paid to non-resident shareholders.
Investore's board has decided to suspend the dividend reinvestment plan for the first quarter dividend.
The company has reiterated its target of an annual cash dividend of 6.5 cents per share for the 2024-2025 financial year.
