Investore Property Limited has announced a cash dividend of 1.975 cents per share for the first quarter of the financial year ending March 2024.
The dividend will be paid on September 25, 2023, to shareholders on the register as of September 7, 2023.
Non-resident shareholders will receive a supplementary dividend of 0.157528 cents per share.
The company aims to achieve an annual cash dividend of 7.90 cents per share for the full financial year, subject to asset sales and market conditions.
The Dividend Reinvestment Plan will apply to this dividend, with a 2% discount on the issue price.
The deadline for participation in the plan is September 8, 2023.
