Investore Property has declared a cash dividend of 1.625 cents per share for the third quarter of the 2023/2024 financial year.
The dividend, which will have imputation credits of 0.357513 cents per share, is set to be paid on March 18 2024.
Non-resident shareholders will also receive a supplementary dividend of 0.162233 cents per share.
Investore's board has confirmed a target annual cash dividend of 7.2 cents per share for the current financial year.
The company's dividend reinvestment plan, with a 2% discount on the issue price, will be in effect for this dividend.
The deadline for participation in the plan is March 1 2024.
