Iperion has reported a net loss of $822,259 for the year ended March 31, 2024, compared to a net loss of $280,107 in the previous year.

The increase in interest income, resulting from higher bank interest rates, was offset by higher admin expenses and an impairment expense on trademark intangibles.

The company said the impairment expense is expected to be reversed once the value of sales supports the intangibles valuation.

There were no changes in the number of shares on issue.

Iperion, formerly known as IPR, has made progress in its marketing efforts, with the company name change and participation in various exhibitions.

It has also registered its Pathoglaze trademark in multiple countries and received certifications as a green technology product.

The company is currently conserving cash until sales commence.
