John Beveridge appointed director at Colonial Motor

The Colonial Motor Company has announced the appointment of John Beveridge as an independent director, effective from April 29, 2025.

Beveridge, who has experience as a director in both public and non-public company environments, currently serves as a director of Steel & Tube Holdings and chair of the NZ Scaffolding Group of companies.

He also held senior management roles at Fletcher Building, Pacific Steel, and Golden Bay Cement.

Beveridge's appointment is subject to election at the next shareholder meeting, scheduled for the 2025 annual meeting on November 7.

The board has determined that Beveridge is an independent director for the purposes of Listing Rule 2.6.1.
