Kate Palethorpe appointed Michael Hill's secretary

Michael Hill has announced the appointment of Kate Palethorpe as company secretary, effective immediately.

Palethorpe, an experienced ASX company secretary and governance professional, will share the company secretary duties with Andrew Lowe, who is also the chief financial officer.

In addition, Palethorpe has been appointed as the person responsible for communication between Michael Hill and the ASX.

The jewellery retailer said Palethorpe brings broad legal, commercial, and governance experience, as well as a strong background in retail and consumer brands.
