Kingfish Limited has announced that it will continue its share buyback program, allowing for the purchase of up to 5% of its current ordinary shares, for the period between 1 November 2022 and 31 October 2023.
The buyback will only occur if the discount to the last published net asset value is greater than 8%.
The announcement was made by Andy Coupe, Chair of Kingfish Limited.
