Kilimanjaro Consulting Pty Limited has been granted an interlocutory injunction by the Australian Federal Court, which prevents MYOB from taking any action for breach of contract or withholding licence codes for the MYOB Exo software.
The injunction gives Kilimanjaro an extended window to transition from an Exo-centric business and develop other revenue streams.
The full trial on the points in dispute is expected to be held in April 2024.
