The final exercise price for Kingfish warrants has been set at $1.26, with the share price nearing this level.
Warrant holders were advised to seek assistance from their financial adviser or broker if needed.
The exercise date for the warrants is on July 26 2024.
Holders have three options: to exercise the warrants at the final price, to sell or transfer the warrants on the NZX Main Board until July 24 2024, or to allow the warrants to lapse by not exercising them.
Any warrants that are not exercised by the deadline will expire.
Payment for the exercise price must be made in full, in New Zealand dollars, through direct credit.
Kingfish will pay a 0.4% handling fee to NZX adviser firms for the exercise of warrants by their clients.
Computershare will process the warrant exercise forms and handle the related fees on behalf of the company.
