Kiwi Property has today confirmed its dividend guidance of 5.3 cents per share for the 2022 financial year, providing shareholders with certainty amidst a volatile macro-economic climate.
The guidance is expected to deliver a dividend yield of 4.77%, which is among the best in the sector.
Chief Executive Officer, Clive Mackenzie, said the company’s diversified portfolio of high-quality assets continues to perform well, allowing for the dividend forecast to remain consistent with prior guidance.
