Mainfreight - Director and Legal Counsel Retirements

Mainfreight Limited has announced that Bryan Mogridge and Richard Prebble will be retiring from the board after the upcoming Annual Meeting in July 2024.

Carl Howard-Smith, Mainfreight’s long serving legal counsel and former Director, will also be retiring from the end of July 2023.

Mainfreight is currently reviewing suitable future director candidates to replace them.

Regional legal counsel personnel are already in place throughout Mainfreight’s locations in New Zealand, Australia, USA, and Europe to carry out day-to-day legal responsibilities for the business.
