Precinct Properties New Zealand Limited is pleased to announce that Beca has signed on for a 12-year lease term over 14,049 square metres of office space in the Wynyard Quarter Innovation Precinct.
Construction of the first two buildings of the Wynyard Quarter Stage 3 is underway, increasing the lettable area of the stage to 21,100 square metres.
With the addition of Beca, 65% of the total project income is now pre-committed.
The addition of 117 Pakenham will require an additional $115 million in project cost, with a yield on cost of 5.6%.
