Manawa Energy notes High Court’s ruling on TPM Guidelines

The High Court has ruled that the Electricity Authority was entitled to replace the Transmission Pricing Methodology (TPM) Guidelines in 2020, despite Manawa Energy's (NZX: MNW) judicial review challenge.

The High Court found that the Authority's decision was within the threshold required for a successful judicial review action.

Manawa Energy has expressed disappointment with the outcome, but stands by their decision to seek judicial review, citing the potential economy-wide repercussions of the changes.
