NZ Windfarms Limited NZ Windfarms Limited (NZX: NWF) today announced the appointment of Craig Stobo as its intended Chair, the intention to submit an application to the Ministry for the Environment this week to refer the reconsenting and repower of Te Rere Hau wind farm to the COVID-19 Recovery (Fast-track Consenting) Act 2020, and a gross unimputed dividend of 0.15 cents per share to be paid 31 December 2021.
