Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand Limited (MCK) has welcomed the announcement from the Government to relax international border restrictions, allowing fully vaccinated visitors from Australia and visa waiver countries to enter New Zealand from April 13 and May 2 respectively.
MCK Managing Director BK Chiu and Vice President Operations Ken Orr expressed their delight at the announcement and noted the positive effect on the country's tourism industry.
MCK is set to accelerate plans to prepare for the reopening of the international borders.
