Me Today Limited (NZX: MEE) has successfully completed its rights issue, raising $6.74m from its largest shareholder and over 300 existing shareholders, including a strong base from the Sharesies platform.
The company has also engaged CM Partners to complete a bookbuild for some or all of the $3.26m capital raising shortfall.
The funds will be invested in international opportunities for the group.
