Me Today has reported a 44% increase in gross sales for the year ended June 30, 2025.
The company's branded and agency gross sales reached $5.85 million, up from $4.07m in the previous financial year.
However, Me Today also reported a loss after tax of $6.02m.
The King Honey business was a significant contributor to the loss, with a net loss of $3.65m.
Following the decision to place King Honey into receivership and liquidation, Me Today said the liabilities relating to King Honey are no longer its responsibility, resulting in a gain on disposal that will be reported in the 2026 financial year.
The company plans to undertake a capital raise of $2.6m, which is partially underwritten by trusts associated with founding shareholders.
