My Food Bag Group Limited (NZX: MFB) announces that its CEO, Kevin Bowler, has resigned after overseeing a period of significant change since 2018.
The Board is now commencing a search for his replacement, with Mark Winter, Chief Financial Officer, acting as interim CEO.
Mr Bowler's final day is 14 October 2022.
