Napier Port has completed its on-market share buyback programme, acquiring 175,000 ordinary shares.
The programme, which began in May 2024, was aimed at obtaining shares to be held as treasury stock and used for the port's employee share ownership plans.
As a result of the buyback, the total number of shares on issue now stands at 199,783,244.
