New Talisman Gold Mines has announced the completion of a private placement, raising $298,000 from eligible New Zealand investors.
The placement involved the issuance of 6,478,262 ordinary shares at a price of $0.046 per share, representing a 5% discount to the volume-weighted average price (VWAP) for the 10 days prior to the allotment.
Notably, NTL board chair, Samantha Sharif, also participated in the placement, investing $50,000.
The company said the funds will be used as working capital for the commencement of bulk sampling.
