Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited has announced the acquisition of ordinary shares under their on-market share buyback programme, which was announced on 8 June 2022.
The acquisition of shares is in accordance with the FSM Rule 2.9.1 and section 65(2) of the Companies Act 1993.
