Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited has announced the acquisition of ordinary shares under its on-market share buyback programme.
The notice of acquisition is in accordance with FSM Rule 2.9.1 and section 65(2) of the Companies Act 1993.
The programme was announced on 8 June 2022.
