Notice of on-market share buyback

On 8 June 2022, Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited announced an on-market share buyback programme.

On 25 November 2022, a notice was given under the FSM Rule 2.9.1 and the Companies Act 1993, confirming the acquisition of ordinary shares under the programme.
