Notice of on-market share buyback

Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited has announced the acquisition of ordinary shares in the company under their on-market share buyback programme announced on 8 June 2022, in accordance with FSM Rule 2.9.1 and section 65(2) of the Companies Act 1993.

The buyback programme was announced on 8 June 2022 and shareholders can contact Director of Capital Markets, Simon Till, for further information.
