Notice of on-market share buyback

Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited has announced the acquisition of ordinary shares under the on-market share buyback programme announced 8 June 2022, in compliance with both Financial Market Conduct Rule 2.9.1 and section 65(2) of the Companies Act 1993.

The announcement was made on 28 July 2022.
