Fonterra Shareholders' Fund has issued a notice regarding the acquisition of ordinary shares in Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited under their on-market share buyback program, which was announced on July 27, 2023.
The notice is in accordance with FSM Rule 2.9.1 and section 65(2) of the Companies Act 1993.
