NZ RegCo queries Accordant's disclosure compliance

NZ RegCo has asked Accordant Group to clarify whether it continues to comply with the listing rule on immediate disclosure of material information.

This request comes after the price of Accordant's shares increased by 51.16% over 14 trading days, from $0.43 on July 10, 2024 to $0.65 on July 29, 2024.

Principal surveillance analyst at NZ RegCo, Campbell Johnstone, sent a letter to Accordant's chief financial officer, Rodney Hyde, seeking a response before 9am on July 30. In his response, Hyde said it complies with disclosure rules.
