NZME Limited has announced that it will commence its on-market share buyback programme in late February 2022, following the release of its FY21 results.
The programme may run for up to twelve months, with a maximum of 21,428,571 shares to be bought back for up to NZD$30 million.
The number of shares purchased will be notified to the NZX and ASX on the business day following the date of purchase.
The buyback programme may be suspended or terminated at any time.
